Mandate: Prepare Company for the Introduction of an International Investor
The Managing Director of the company approached our practice to assist improve the profitability and overall net worth of the business. This was with a view to attracting an international investor who could assist the company gain access to international opportunities.
We proceeded to administer a diagnostic analysis of the various aspects of the business which resulted in key performance indicators being identified and consistently improved over several months. Against the backdrop of improved performance, an international investor was sought and introduced to the company. The assignment concluded successfully when an investor from the United Kingdom purchased a share of the business and agreed to introduce the company to opportunities in Europe.
